Here's some frequent questions answered. If you've got any additional questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

We currently deliver cables to Denmark (DK), Germany (DE) and Sweden (SE). We're unable to deliver outside the EU. If you are in the EU and wish to have our store deliver products to your country, please contact us.

That depends on time of purchase, location in your country and more.

Standard delivery time

Denmark: 1-2 Days

Germany: 2-3 Days

Sweden: 2-3 Days

In some occasions, we politely ask for some patience, as we're a new business trying our best to deliver good products and service, but we're still young.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Play, Apple Pay and much more.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at info@virkelek.com

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
